The Highlands, wonderfully vibrant and eclectic — recently dubbed "LoHi"— abounds with popular restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and small businesses. The Highlands originated in 1858 when Denver founder William H. Larimer, Jr. crossed the Platte River to high ground on the bluffs northwest of Denver. With the best views of the Denver skyline, it is now recognized as a culturally rich area that has all the advantages of living downtown while being a more affordable alternative to LoDo.
Enjoy easy access to downtown and to major highways and arteries. Walk to Commons Park or LoDo via the new Highland Bridge which is presently under construction one block away. Or stay in the Highlands and visit your new favorite restaurant or art gallery. The options are so unlimited that you might elect to just hang out on your 3rd floor deck and enjoy the view!
